At Element PCC, our mission is clear: we run our projects, they don't run us. We recognize that our team members are our most valuable asset, and by investing in our team’s well-being and professional development, we empower them to deliver their best work. We selectively choose customers who align with our values and vision to build only successful working relationships. Our first meeting with a new client usually starts like this: “We love to communicate; during your project, we will text you updates, pictures, and schedule next steps. You don’t have to respond unless you want to - we will call if it’s important.”

We find this level of interaction limits misunderstanding and leads to more successful outcomes.

Every coating curing is a chemical reaction, which is why there is a technical data sheet for each product. We read and follow each one to a “T,” everytime.
