Materials and Coating Systems 

Primary wall finishes utilized Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 Eggshell, with accent areas finished using Sherwin-Williams Duration Satin to ensure coverage and durability. 

Results 

The project was completed on schedule with strong profitability, approved change orders, and minimal punch list items.
