Scope of Work
The painting scope included open-to-structure ceiling spray finishes throughout designated areas of the tenant improvement, along with high-quality painted finishes on new and existing GWB surfaces.
Element PCC also completed standard tenant improvement painting associated with the showroom renovation. Wall finishes were applied using Backdrop Paint, a designer-oriented architectural paint product selected for the project.

Element PCC used a combination of night shifts and early-morning starts to complete work before normal operating hours. Open-to-structure ceiling spraying was performed at night to minimize disruption associated with spraying operations and maintain access to the occupied building during the day.
Crew scheduling and sequencing were adjusted around available access windows, allowing painting and ceiling work to progress without interfering unnecessarily with building operations or other construction activities.
