Scope of Work
The scope included CMU wall painting throughout the garage and the installation of durable paint-on wayfinding
graphics designed to improve navigation, reduce driver confusion, and enhance tenant and visitor experience.
Peel-and-stick vinyl graphics were used as temporary paint masks, followed by coating application and clean
removal to achieve sharp, long-lasting edges suitable for high-traffic environments.
Project Constraints & Execution
Work was performed in an actively occupied Bellevue parking garage with continuous pedestrian and vehicle
traffic. Base CMU wall painting was completed during nighttime hours to minimize disruption, while wayfinding
graphics were installed during daytime hours. Work zones were clearly identified using cones and caution tape,
and crew sequencing was adjusted in real time to maintain safety and access.
Results
The project was completed in 40 total labor hours with no safety incidents. Finished graphics were clean, legible,
